On a motion by Trustees Sauer/Roeming, passed on a voice vote, the Board approved the minutes of the February 14, 2011 regular Board Meeting.

The Easement for Sanitary Sewer Effluent has been signed by all the parties and sent to the Fond du Lac County Register of Deeds for recording.

A discussion was held on if and how to fund and account that would be for the replacement of the sanitary sewer infrastructure.  Much of the infrastructure in the Village is still the original piping.

On a motion by Roeming/Tetzlaff, passed on a voice vote, the Board sent the Sewer Replacement funding back to the Public Works Committee for refinement and implementation.

A discussion was held on the adjustment policy for excessive water and sewer usage.  The Public Works Committee recommended that the Village’s policy be modeled after that of the Village of Johnson Creek with several revisions.

On a motion by Trustees Smit/Tarr, passed on a voice vote, the Board approved using Johnson Creek’s policy as a model for the Village of Brandon’s policy.

No other business came before the Board.

On a motion by Trustees Tetzlaff/Sauer, passed on a voice vote, the Board adjourned at 7:58 p.m.
