Minutes of a Monthly Meeting
Monday, July 8, 2013
Trustees of the Village of Brandon, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin met in the Village of Brandon Board Room on Monday, July 8, 2013.
President Steve Tetzlaff called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and presided. Village Clerk Vande Zande recorded the minutes of the meeting.
The following trustees were present: Diane Horvath, Annette Henker, Carole DeCramer, Dave Tarr, Kurt Krohn and Michael Walgenbach.
The following were present in the audience: Public Works Director, Vance Henning; Library Director Christy Ross; Library Board President, Kevin DeCramer; and Jay Panetti of Gremmer & Associates.
On a motion by Trustees DeCramer/Horvath, unanimously carried on a roll call vote, the Board approved July 2013 payments as attached.
On a motion by Trustees DeCramer/Henker, unanimously passed on a voice vote, the Board approved the minutes of the June 10, 2013 utility meeting.
Jay Panetti, from Gremmer & Associates, briefly discussed the project at 347 S Woodward St. The Board directed Panetti to attend a Public Works Committee meeting along with the Village engineer to discuss the project before being presented to the Board for approval. Clerk Vande Zande noted Village Attorney, Lud Wurtz, would like to meet with Public Works Director, Vance Henning, regarding the development of the property owned by Wilson & Lonnee.
Director of Public Works, Vance Henning, reported the well testing went well and it should reach the capacity of what the DNR is looking for.
No other business came before the Board. The Board adjourned at 7:18 pm on a motion by Trustees DeCramer/Tarr and unanimously passed on a voice vote.
