Minutes of a Monthly Meeting
Monday, December 12, 2016
Trustees of the Village of Brandon, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin met in the Village of Brandon Board Room on Monday, December 12, 2016.
President David Tarr called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. and presided. Clerk Corinne Vande Zande recorded the minutes of the meeting.
The following trustees were present: Kurt Krohn, Angie Smit, Gwen Shoffner and Mike Walgenbach.
The following were present in the audience: Director of Public Works, Vance Henning and Library Director, Christy Ross.
The December 2016 payments (as attached) were approved by the Board on a motion by Trustees Walgenbach/Shoffner and unanimously passed on a roll call vote.
The financial reports as of December 12, 2016 were approved by the Board on a motion by Trustees Krohn/Smit and unanimously passed on a roll call vote.
The minutes of the November 14, 2016 utility meeting were approved by the Board on a motion by Trustees Tarr/Smit and unanimously passed on a voice vote.
Clerk Vande Zande reported she will be scheduling a public hearing on the wellhead protection ordinance for January.
On a motion by Smit/Walgenbach, unanimously approved on a roll call vote, the Board adopted Resolution SAW2016-03.
Trustee Walgenbach reported he would like to have a public works committee meeting in the near future to review sewer rates.
Henning reported well #1 is up and running after the repairs last month. Recently used the new sewer jetter on Lockin Street.
No other business came before the Board. The Board adjourned at 7:14 pm on a motion by Trustees Krohn/Walgenbach and unanimously passed on a voice vote.
